By accessing or using Linkzz ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Linkzz. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Usernames may only be changed once every 7 days.
You agree not to use Linkzz to post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the Service to spam, impersonate others, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Linkzz. By uploading content, you grant Linkzz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of providing the Service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.
Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing and features with reasonable notice. Premium access may be revoked for violations of these terms.
Badges are awarded at the discretion of Linkzz administrators and through automated systems. Badges hold no monetary value and may be revoked for violations of these terms. We reserve the right to modify the badge system at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your Dashboard settings.
Linkzz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
